About this map

This interactive map was developed by The San Francisco Estuary Institute (SFEI) in partnership with The San Francisco Estuary Partnership (SFEP).

This map displays watershed boundaries that are based on CalWater 2.2.1 data. CalWater is a set of standardized watershed boundaries developed by the California Interagency Watershed Mapping Committee. CalWater 2.2.1 is a blend of administrative and drainage delineations and is not at this time a true hydrologic dataset following ridgelines. More information on CalWater can be found here.
